RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not accept returns on any items, including prom, evening and bridal dresses. 

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Returning Goods Purchased Online

Please contact us via telephone or at poshfrocksshop@gmail.com within 14 days or receiving your goods to submit your return request.

When you contact us please have the following information at hand:

  1. Delivery note or invoice 

  2. If you don't have this, please provide email confirmation from the original order 

  3. Please ensure you inform us of a return request via telephone or email within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

Returns Procedure 

 

  1. Contact Posh Frocks to inform of return request within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods you are returning. Please ensure goods are returned in original packaging and in the same condition you received them in. Make sure you receive ‘proof of posting’ if you send via mail. Please note you are welcome to return the goods in person in store. 

  3. All returns should be posted and addressed to:

Reasons for return

  1. If you notice on arrival goods are faulty or damaged. Please note sale items may already have minor faults which we have documented and made clear before purchase so these would not be valid for return - if there are additional faults to what has already been noted then this would still be valid for a return. 

  2. Order is incorrect and not what you ordered

  3. If part of your order is missing, please either not accept from the courier or contact Posh Frocks ASAP to let us know of the problem - no more than 3 working days after receiving the delivery.

 

When you contact us in regards to your return, please let us know your solution preference - if you would like us to check for another size, exchange or refund. 

 

You must post returns via tracked and insured courier, we recommend Royal Mail. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until they reach us

 

We are not a volume supplier, each item is checked carefully prior to packing, plus we will take a minimum of two images of each item at the point of packing. The images are date-stamped & retained. As a safeguard, we will refer to these in the event of you wishing to return the item, depending on the reason.

DEPOSITS

We require a 50% deposit for all wedding dress purchases with the final balance due at the time of dress arrival.

We require a 50% deposit for all group bridesmaid dress purchases with the final balance due at the time of dress arrival. 

​

If you wish to order a dress in store in a different colour or size we will require a 50% deposit to make the order and the balance will be due when the dress arrives in store.
